Hello, I recently started playing GuildWars again, when I first bought factions (2 ago) I forgot to transfer my old account, and made a new one.
Now I cant find prophecies anywhere anymore.

So my question is:

On my account, I ONLY have factions, no prophecies, so if I will buy prophecies again and add the acces key to my account, will I have prophecies on my account again?

ok, not sure if im answering this right, the way i read it, u will have the new prophercie with your old factions account, but im thinking after istalling ur new proph, it may overwrite the old proph acces once the new key goes in ..
u might not be able to access the old proph account from the gw data ? hope this helped a little

I'm not sure I understood what you said exactly, but here is the information that you should give you the answer:

you create a GW account and then add keys to it that give you access to the various campaigns; so if you have an account with Factions and add a key for Prophecies, you'll have access to both Factions and Prophecies.

You can't "transfer" a key from one account (let's say the "old one") to another one (the current one you use). And "transferring an account" has no meaning at all.

If you still have access to the old account with the original Prophecies, you may want to ask GW support (but IIRC they can't merge accounts):

That's what I wanted to know, that if I add a new key from a new bought prophecies to my factions account, that I will have acces to both.

No problem. And just in case it's not clear to you:

accounts are not tied to where you install the game; so you can install the game on various computers, but you'll have to say when you use the game which account you use (and you can only use an account on one computer at a time).

And make sure you've got a good password on your GW account (see security tips).
